What To Expect
Before your first visit, please take a few moments to complete our patient forms and gather the necessary information:
- A valid form of ID (drivers license)
- Any recent dental records or x-rays
- Dental insurance card
During your first visit, you will meet with either Dr. Garpetti or Dr. Hyder. During your initial consultation, your dentist will spend time discussing your oral health concerns, dental goals, and answering any question you may have in regards to your dental health.
Your first visit may also include:
- A one on one consultations
- A thorough oral health examination
- Screening for complex dental concerns: periodontal screening, dental caries screening, and oral cancer screening
- If time permits, a professional dental cleaning
- Digital x-rays
